Contemplation: What is the Narrow Gate?
Matthew 7 : 13-14: The way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it. Why is this accepted as a statement about moral behavior? How could it be true that only a few find the narrow way of good behavior? It seems like many people find the moral path. Could it be that these words are not intended as a guide to personal behavior but are instead a commentary on the intellectual curiosity of a conscious species? Could it be that we humans, like other technological animals, may or may not find the scientific fact that enables matter to be self-measuring and self-assembling? Is that scientific fact the scientific Secret of Life in the Universe?
